Black Pug Music delivers high-energy live performances that keep dance floors moving across Queenstown and the South Island.

For more intimate moments, we also provide relaxed acoustic sets suited to cocktail hours and smaller celebrations, creating the right atmosphere from the very start of your event.

Led by Mo Ackermann, with over 17 years of live performance experience, Black Pug performs at weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and venues of all sizes.

With over 400 live events delivered since 2019, including more than 130 performances in the last year alone, the focus is always on reading the room, adapting to the crowd, and keeping the energy exactly where it needs to be.
